Berkeley Ballet Theater (BBT), founded in 1981, provides rigorous classical ballet training to students of all ages in a diverse and nurturing environment.

A place where all can dance, our commitment to access and equity is reflected in our inclusive community supported by merit-based scholarships, need-based financial aid for Youth Divisions dancers, and free classes for individuals affected by Parkinson’s disease.
